Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:


  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not be a customized or made-to-order item.

  • Be free from any signs of wear, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or other substances that may affect its condition.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Exceptions may apply in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by the store.

Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defective item or an error by Limar Luxury, the company will cover the shipping expenses.

Return Procedure

Customers must contact customer service and obtain prior approval before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
