Return & Exchange Policy


At Limar Luxury, we are committed to customer satisfaction and provide a clear and fair return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Not have been customized or specially designed for the customer.
  • Not have been exposed to cosmetics, perfumes, or any usage that affects its condition.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or specially designed products.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage.
  • Exceptions are only made in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
  • If the error is on our part (wrong product or manufacturing defect), we cover the full shipping cost.

5. Return Process

  • Please contact our Customer Service team before sending any product back.
  • Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
